• Standard Delivery Time:
  Orders are usually delivered within 10 to 15 business days.
• Tracking:
  Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your package easily.
• Shipping Area:
  We currently deliver orders within the United Kingdom only.

Return Window:

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Accepted Return Reasons:
Returns are accepted if the item:

• Arrived damaged or defective
• Was the wrong product
• Is significantly different from the description or photos

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Return requests will be reviewed before approval
• Buyer must contact us within the return window

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
• Refunds will be sent to your original payment method
• You’ll receive confirmation once the refund has been issued
