Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All our product images are carefully selected to reflect the actual item you’ll receive. We take accuracy seriously and ensure that every order matches what you see online, in style, detail, and beauty.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your full sales receipt. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also contact us at info@nevohomedecor.com  anytime, and we’ll gladly resend it.

How can I return an item?

If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Email us at info@nevohomedecor.com with your order number and the reason for return. Items must be unused and in original condition. We’ll guide you through the rest, it’s simple and customer-focused.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we regularly update our collections and do our best to restock popular items. If something you love is marked “out of stock,” feel free to email us at info@nevohomedecor.com, we’ll let you know if and when it will be available again, or suggest a similar alternative.
